We plant and nurture! Our undisguised intention is to plant thoughts as well as trees.
One of our fundamental pieces of advice – even to ourselves – is that planting is not enough; there is a need for aftercare, or as we call it, nurturing.
The above cleverly phrased slogan comes from the country’s former “text craftsman,” Péter Geszti, whom participants of the Saturday 10 Million Trees picnic had the chance to meet in person.
In collaboration with Főkert, we symbolically and practically opened the autumn planting season!
Beside the already planted tree, both young and old listened together to the poems of Anna T. Szabó, Árpád Tóth, and Sándor Kányádi, as interpreted by Lia Pokorny.
