We are looking for a fundraiser to join our team

The goal of the 10 Million Trees Foundation is to expertly plant 10 million trees in Hungary and beyond, while also involving at least 10 million people in this shared, future-building mission. We plant trees and ideas: trees to be our guardians in managing biodiversity and the climate crisis, and ideas to initiate deep and lasting changes in perspective. 

Collaboration with corporate partners is essential for the sustainability of our work. Therefore, we are looking for a Fundraiser who will actively contribute to building and strengthening corporate relationships. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating fundraising campaigns and programs, as well as engaging new corporate partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling existing services and packages
  • Identifying corporate donors and building relationships
  • Developing and coordinating fundraising campaigns and programs
  • Managing related databases and creating target groups
  • Budget planning and preparing financial reports

What we expect from you:

  • Alignment with the spirit of the 10 Million Trees Foundation
  • At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or sales
  • An active, established network of contacts
  • Experience in data management and analysis from a fundraising perspective
  • Confident, credible communication across all channels
  • Proactivity in building relationships and networks
  • Persistence, confidence, and resilience in the face of rejection
  • Structured, long-term thinking

Your personal skills:

  • You are proactive, dedicated, and enthusiastic
  • You enjoy working independently but also function well in a team
  • You are results-oriented and motivated by success

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have fundraising experience in a nonprofit organization
  • Communicate confidently in English
