We have planted the 500,000th tree in the Katlan Forest!

At the end of July 2025, we reached a special milestone: we planted our five-hundred-thousandth tree – specifically in Beremend, as part of the Ördögkatlan Festival, in collaboration with the Beremend Municipality and, of course, with all of you. 🙌

Thank you to everyone who believed in us, worked with us, supported us, or simply rested in the shade of a tree. 🌱

The 500,000th tree will grow at the foot of the Chapel of Reconciliation in Beremend, to the joy of us all. If you happen to be nearby, take a walk to the chapel – it’s worth it!

We didn’t stop there, and just an hour later, we immediately planted our 500,001st tree as well, next to the main stage in Beremend, which is also the first tree of the Katlan Forest.

The other trees of the Katlan Forest will be planted in the fall. During the planting, László Kollár-Klemencz sang and played guitar for us – it was an unforgettable moment. 💚
