Corporate Packages for Volunteer Water Donation
Why do we need you?
Young urban trees are particularly vulnerable in their first 5 years – without regular watering, they do not survive the summer months. The effects of heatwaves and drought periods are becoming increasingly severe, while urban trees are essential for climate protection, air purification, shading, and quality of life.
The 10 Million Trees Foundation, in cooperation with the Budapest City Council, the Budapest Public Utilities Nonprofit Ltd. FŐKERT Division, and the beeco developers of the map-based eco-application, has launched the Volunteer Watering program.
The aim of the initiative: to ensure regular watering of Budapest trees younger than 5 years during the summer months – involving volunteers and responsible companies.
