WHAT HAVE WE DONE FOR THIS?

In the past 5 years, 10 Million Trees has:

🌳 Planted more than 70,000 trees in the capital during community planting events. 

💧 This summer, with our large-scale Volunteer Watering campaign, we helped thousands of trees survive the scorching heat by involving the residents of Budapest.

We thank the City for the opportunity and for allowing us to participate in the event!

We are proud that we not only “Plant and Sustain” but do so by involving thousands of people, showing that a greener future is not only a common interest but also a common effort.

If you are over 14 and live, work, or study in Budapest, vote for us to become the Capital’s Civil Organization of the Year!

The award recognizes the work of civil organizations by the Metropolitan Municipality that strive for a more livable, sustainable, fairer, more vibrant, and community-oriented Budapest.

WHAT DOES THE AWARD INCLUDE?

As a symbolic recognition of the winning civil organization’s activities:

✅ A cash prize of 5,000,000 forints,
✅ and the symbolic key to City Hall,
✅ as well as the right to use the title “Capital’s Civil Organization of the Year” in official communications and media appearances for a full year.

UNTIL WHEN CAN YOU VOTE?

Every city resident over 14 years old with a residence, workplace, or studying at an educational institution in Budapest can vote until March 1, 2026.
